PATRICK NOLAN

ACTOR

Grand Rapids native Patrick Nolan didn’t take his first steps toward acting until his junior year of college in 2009, while attending Louisiana State University. He began work as an extra on several films that were being shot in and around the Shreveport area, including “RED,” “The 6-Month Rule,” “Vampire’s Suck” and “The Gates.” The acquaintances he made as background talent led Patrick to begin acting lessons and to later audition for several short films and independent features. Most notably, Patrick appeared in the short film “Endangered,” a 2011 New Orleans Film Festival official selection. While at LSU-Shreveport, he started an improve comedy club with two fellow students, and, upon graduating with a degree in Cell and Molecular Biology, returned home home and starred in numerous films for the Motion Picture Institute of Michigan before landing the role of Sean in “The Girl, The Gun, and Everything.” Patrick currently attends Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, MI.
