JT MARTIN

TJ Martin was born in Chicago IL. and was introduced to show business at the young age of 13, touring with a stage production throughout the Midwest. Getting up in age, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy and produced & directed live entertainment throughout various military bases. After his tour of duty, he worked in radio as a news announcer, show producer then became an on-air personality for several radio stations in Illinois and Michigan. As the old-saying goes… “It’s really not work, if you love what you’re doing”. His life’s slogan is “success doesn’t come to you, you go to it” so stage, film and television soon followed. His early roles were comedy driven with that Midwestern character type face he has. Never liking the lead role, he prefers supporting characters that he can play who can deliver a dramatic presence while also portraying a lighter side of a role. But give him some comedy and other actors to work with, and he’ll never want the lights to go out on that stage or the cameras to stop rolling.
